There's nothing wrong with a little ass kissing; it completely destroys the kisser's reputation though.

A little arse kissing doesn't do too bad to the reputation if they're not new, but it still damages their reputation a bit. If the player is new and only does a little arse kissing, people will look at that new comer as a big arse kisser, which will then completely destroy their reputation. If an older member of the community does 'a little arse kissing' but never done it before, it won't do that bad until they go too far.

Baffles me why FiXeR is on your list, he does nothing but abuse me with commands everytime he's on the server, and if I do manage to kill him online he hits me in real life.  Don't mistake being quiet with being nice and a good admin.
