Yo, i have an idea:

Make something like a car dealing service, where anyone can buy his/her own car. Just who bought the car can enter in it, and others just receive a message like "* You can't enter in this car, its the --- car"
What do you say?

Maybe we could do this with importing cars, that it'd be yours until you leave.

Car ownership was a planned feature for 2.90. Players could purchase their own car, spawn with it, taxi to it, teleport to it, purchase mods like NOS, spoilers, etc (which would save), special locking and personal number plate features, and even personal vehicle name text when you enter the car. However it was never done due to some issues, maybe one day we'll see a feature like thisin LVP, doubt it will be anytime soon though.
