Hm i think i can fix that. Heres my story, when i play a song on my phone (Blackberry), if i click the "lock" button, the song will pause. If i pause the song, and i click the lock button, it plays it. So try this, play the song, then click the lock key and i believe the song should stop playing. If not, go to apple store or something and ask them >.>

Try to reset it...did you jailbreak it? You'll lose all your things on it but...anything to get it back working again no ?

And if its not working and you didn't jailbreak, just hand it back in...you'll get a new one rightaway (i got mine replaced fast ).
