Property earnings
#1
I think the command to set property earnings should be removed. However since I doubt you guys will agree with that, I think it needs restricting to at least management, and some rules introducing with it, and limits setting.

Players have ridiculously high money again on LVP. At least 2.8x saw players money become a little more sensible. However since 2.90 was released everything was ruined. Bank limits shouldn't be unlimited.

This was 550k a minute:
[19:12:26] *%Nowuni:%#LVP.echo* *** Jay has changed the earnings of the Jhon's coke factory to $100.000!

This was 660k a minute, AND was right in the heart of LVP (Under the ramp), and it only cost a few million!
[19:12:40] *&Nuwani:%#LVP.echo* *** Jay has changed the earnings of the Darkfire's Waterplace to $33.000!

This was 350k a minute
[19:12:13] *&Nuweni:%#LVP.echo* *** Jay has changed the earnings of the ooshie's Hidden Moonshine Brewery to $50.000!

This was 600k a minute
[19:12:03] *%Nowani:%#LVP.echo* *** Jay has changed the earnings of the Beethi's Hidden Nub Spot! to $30.000!

450k
[19:12:40] *%Nowini:%#LVP.echo* *** Jay has changed the earnings of the Dennis' Flight School to $45.000!

100k
[19:12:26] *%Nowuni:%#LVP.echo* *** Jay has changed the earnings of the HaZe's Sexeh Party to $23.000!

100k
[19:12:04] *%Nuwoni:%#LVP.echo* *** Jay has changed the earnings of the 8Ball's Bomb Shop to $24.000!

230k
[19:12:43] *%Nuwuni:%#LVP.echo* *** Jay has changed the earnings of theĀ  Jays Secret Hideout to $30.000!

These are the only properties that I know of. I found all of these within 2 minutes, as you can see from the time stamps. (Also note that /property search is broken in the current live version, .2)

None of these properties are truly hidden. The only property with high earnings that is hard to find is TEFs.
I've many times seen people say in the mainchat "Hey I'm earnings 4 million a minute", etc.

I agree.

Never agreed with the possibility that crew can create/alter properties in the first place...

I reckon we should redo the properties to, make them more realistic. For example, instead of concentrating on putting properties in stupid places, like underwater, properties should be placed in every interior and more realistic places, such as doorsteps. It'll also allow us to fix up property prices / earnings. Not every property flag has (still!) been setup, either.

Good places for properties like Ammunation, strip clubs, many hotel rooms and houses, etc, have nothing there..

And we could lower all earnings as suggested so players can buy 7 properties and don't have a lot.

They're all still way to high, especially seti.

It shouldn't be overdone either. I noticed some props would take over 100 minutes to earn back and then would barely make any profit because of the low earnings. And they weren't hidden or something so high chance of it being bought away.

It's fine by me if it takes some time but this is way too much, especially with the higher prices for spawns/imports.

But ehm, didn't the earnings got calculated automatically?
Aka create a prop/set a price, like 100k, the earning was automatically 6%, create a cheap 25k prop and the earning was 10%.
How the hell did we end up with the possibility to change the earnings manually?

Because crewmembers wanted to have a "bit" of higher earnings for their own. Not even that bad in my opinion, you can have a few higher ended properties with good earnings, but it got overdone. TEF's prop is fine, it moves every week and is always inside some object so that can earn nice. But there shouldn't be another 15 crewprops that aren't very hidden that earn a lot.
