Smoking at the ship still gets you jailed

Well you activate /smoke while lounging at the ship, and you press LMB to take a big pile of cancer into your pinky lungs, you get several warning that no fighting is allowed on the ship.

Did no go that far, that I got jailed.

Thought Matthias fixed this one in 2.91.1.

I clicked LMB a few more times, and I got jailed. In jail, smoking is also rewarded with extra jail time.
