Both of you are pretty new, so of course you haven't met great new players. The old good fighters you know, you don't know how long it's taken them to be that good.

I want to vote, but... is allowed to vote only in half of categories? Because I have no idea what to vote in Rookie of the year (more than 90% players may fit here), Most arrogant person of the year, or Biggest mini-mod of the year. Meanwhile I like to can vote for Best driver of the year (where I hoped to win) and Best cruise leader of the year.

I don't think that is a good idea to give yearly awards, quarter-year awards may be better. Because the players changed overtime. Most who played at beginnings of year are bored and don't play anymore, while most of today players are here just from 2-3 months ago (including me).
Some players loves to change their nicks like their underwear... votes received on different nicks will be counted?

You cannot vote for the categories you provided. If you don't know who to vote for in x category or many people fit there, then simply put a " - " there. By the way, the website is working again.
