Anyhow I have not seen any (unintended) double items anymore, so it should be fine now :)

That's been known for about 3 weeks now, but it isn't a error.. us admins over powered management and took control! :7
Most of the above bugs have been fixed. Sorry it took so long, I wasn't paying attention.
