Windows Millenium ? I guess you're talking about Windows 2000 - and Windows 2000 definitely doesnt have DirectX 10, nor does Windows XP.

Vista supports DX10 and DX11 though, same as Windows Seven

sorry for bump.

windows 7 is better than vista, and i really noticed huge improvement in performance, since i tryed using windows 7 beta there was less lagging was happening, smoother gameplay.. :) i switched from beta to full now :p
