When you can't fancy your chances against Wolves at Anfield, you know something's fucked up. Hopefully we'll win all of them. I think Man U at Old Toilet will be the hardest. If we can't get a win there, then hopefully we'll get a draw and beat them at Anfield.

Now Gerrard will miss the Merseyside derby.

But at least during the game, the lads showed spirit, first half they tried to press on and didn't sit back, the second half got off to a slow start but then got better again and started pressing again. When Shelvey and Babel came on, they showed their quality and I'd like to see Shelvey in particular get more game time.

Torres looked a lot more happy and he committed to challenges. Can't judge if that was because of getting rid of Roy or because it's against Man U, but we'll see.

And how Berbatov got MOTM is beyond me, Ryan Giggs should have got it.

All-in-all, I was more confident with us going into this game with Kenny in charge than Roy, and even now I'm not too upset with us losing, as the lads put up a fight. Unfortunately they had their usual 12th man so it wasn't gonna happen for us.

Much better performance than at Goodison, those two goals they scored were unlucky for us and Liverpool's second half started a bit slow. Later on in the game we played better again.

And Kuyt in particular, nobody had the balls to take that penalty, Kuyt stood up and then scored. That just shows that when Gerrard retires, we're screwed.
