So, somebody downloaded a Trojan infested keygen on my computer, and now I have trojan in my CSRSS.exe files, how do I remove it, I closed it out on my computer's task manager. (The trojan infested one.) And it crashed my computer, and I am having troubles getting it running properly again, how do I remove this trojan.

Windows defender sucks...

if you dont know how to remove it the best is to reinstall windows
try googling for that .exe

Wow! that was fast, but I am having trouble getting back to the desktop, It crashed and I keep running the repairs but nothing is happening.

No use, reformat your windows as if you try to shutdown that file, your computer will BSOD so yeah.. you gotta reformat. Csrss.exe isnt downloadable either so don't try!

dont make sense its still windows

if it crashes ur windows when u terminate it my methods wont work try and look it up in the registry, try delete it, but i doubt itll help

I've had about the same problem before, don't know which file it exactly was. But I had to reïnstall my entire pc. And thoose free anti-virus software really work good for this sort of virus. I'm using AVG since this happened, and never got problems again.
