Regular players: Race Building

The Race builder is hardly used at the moment. I'm actually the only person who uses it. How about we allow regulars to create races. Admins will still be able to moderate them with the /race edit/delete commands. At first I was suggesting VIP, but we spoil VIPs to much as it is

We'll need to write out a new wiki article that gives detailed instructions on how to use it to.

Few questions on that.
Say we do allow regulars to make it;

Will there be a maximum in total?
Will there be a maximum per person?
Will they be able to remove their own race?
How long does the race stay? Until they leave? Until a gmx?
Won't there be a hell of a lot of races which won't be used?
How will you ever find your race back if there's like 100 made?

I did plan to use it a lot, but after half an hour of work creating an awesome map I got error messages saying it couldn't save

5. You can't have to many races. It's better than the race builder not being used at all.

Actually it hasn't, which is the only downfall. I do plan to make them save though into an SQLite database someday. When that does happen, if by then regulars do have access to it, some changes would have to be made. I also want to improve it by using textdraws, improve the spawn positioning, and use keys to add checkpoints instead of commands. I won't work on it for a while though since we have other priorities.

5. Of course you can, a lot of them will probably suck, taking up space.
6. Lots of people will most likely forget. Maybe a /race search command?

Next to that, after a gmx they all get wiped anyway. It will most probably just be the new regulars creating a race here and there, other people will eventually get bored of seeing their race go after a gmx.
