RULES/HELP GUIDE
1) Buying a property
Buying a property on LVP is one Major way to get fast cash! Once you buy a property, you are entitled to it for 10 minutes or more! After 10 minutes of owning a property, it will go up for "sale" and other people could buy it off you! While owning a property, you get fast cash every 1 minute until someone else buys it!
2) So you got disconnected from the LVP server while you had a prop?
Calm down! When you disconnected, or you Timed Out, and no one bought your prop, you still get your money!
3) Killing for the Money!
Want to know another way to earn fast cash? Try killing someone! When you kill someone, you get some cash. If there is a "Hit" on someone, they are worth a lot more to kill!
Example: "BoogerJay has a ""hit"" of 500000 on his head!"
To do this Hitman command, say "/hitman [ID][How much money]
This is a GREAT way to get lots of money! Make sure you look at the Main Chat to see who has a "hit" on them and how much they put on them!
4) Side Money
You're not a good shooter, and money is coming by slowly. Don't worry! Every now and then, you have a chance to take a vehicle, and Export it! There will be a little announcment saying what car to export! Please see the video below on where to export the cars!

5) So you killed someone and you have this money, now what?!
What a lot of people don't realize is that there is a bank! on the Strip of Las Venturas, there are 2 banks which are the 7/11's you can bank at! One is right near the Las Venturas Police Department, and there is one across the Binko/Zip/Pizza Co/ Cluckin' Bell Strip! Go inside of the building and walk to the RED ICON. Once you walk into the Icon, type in these commands!
Banking Commands:
/bank - Do this commands to bank your money you earned!
/Balance - Do this to check how much money you have in your Bank account!
/Withdraw - Do this to take out some money!
6) What is a Plus Point?
Once you have played in the server for a while, you may ask for a Plus Point! Find an Admin with the /admins commands and ask for a Plus Point! An admin would most likely look at your stats and determine if you are ready for a Plus Point! You can look at your Stats by typing "/mystats". Once an Admin gives you the Okay to get a Plus Point, you are able to open a Pro Account! Once you get a Pro Account, you can be anywhere in the game and if you have some extra cash on you and you want to bank it, You DONT have to go to a 7/11 to bank it! Just right on the spot do your /bank command and you will bank your money the the spot! All the other commands work on it too!
7) Guns, Guns, GUNS!
C'mon! your playing GTA you need guns! Go to the Closest Ammunation, and buy some guns! If you aren't close to one, you can type "/taxi" and select the Ammunation Taxi to get to one! Okay, we know you're not dumb, but we will tell you how to buy a gun LVP Style! Instead of going to the main counter infront of the Ammunation guy, On the side of the counter, there is a much larger Red Icon, go to that one if you'd like! Once you go into it, a custome menu will pop up on the left side of your screen! There, you will see a Weapon Selection list! Select any weapon of your choice, and hit the "accept" button to buy the gun(s)!
The Ship! YarrrrrrrrOn the LV strip, you will see a ship. It's called the "Pirates in Men's Pants!" This is the SAFE ZONE of the server! On this ship, you are safe from the people who are fighting on the streets! Another good thing about the ship is that if you stay on it, every 3 secs you get $100! But, don't be a money "whore!" The ship is mostly for people who went AFK for a second! Or just want to chill and watch other players fight in front of it! But please, NO FIGHTING ON THE SHIP! .If you fight on the ship, you will be JAILED! Or if you kill someone on the Ship with a gun, you will also be JAILED! Which brings me to my next section...
9 ) Being Jailed!
Okay, let me tell you straight up, being jailed sucks! When you get jailed, you are in there for a sertain amount of time! Fighting/killing on the Ship will definitely get you put in jail! Don't worry though, you are not in there for hours! Killing on the ship is 2 minutes! But, in there is seems like forever! So, you're in jail and you get a cell mate. We know what your thinking. "I'm bored so let me start some trouble with this guy and start punching him!" DONT, You're already in a bad situation, don't make it worse! If someone starts punching you, call an Admin by using the "@" sign in the beginning of your sentence. Example: "@Someone is punching me in jail! please come!!!" If you fight back, you and the other person get up to 10 min in jail! So don't even think about it!
10) The Admins
The Admins are there to help you! Please, DO NOT insult them in anyway! This will give you a bad reputation in the LVP server and you may get kicked! The Admins are there to have fun like you, but they take a lot more responsibilitys. They must look out for cheaters, and people who are abusing the server in anyway! All the Admins in the LVP server mean no harm! They are the most likable people out of everyone! Get on there good side and you'll have a great time! Get on there bad side, and you're bound to get yourself look down on.
11) Cheating
Well, it's mostly everywhere. But, if you bring cheating into the LVP server, within minutes, you will be banned. The Admins are all on the prowl for these people and they wont stop till they have found a cheater and has officially [i]BANNED them! So, don't even think about cheating or brining cheats in the server! Trust me, you will get cought and banned! So, your wondering around and you see someone cheat! Don't go in main chat and be like, "Omg, Cheater there is a cheater in front of me!" Why you say, because once you say that, it alarms the cheater and he stops cheating before any Admins can confront him. Instead, Use the "/report" command! This command alerts the Admins that you witness a cheater and the Admins will get right to it!
Example: "/report [ID] (lets say 62) [Reason] Flying around in a car, and spawning weapons!"
12) The Main Chat
The main chat is there for people to communicate to one another. But, the chat is NOT there for you to spam! Such as like, "OMG WHY WONT YOU DIE" and saying the about 3 times in a row. That my friend is spam and the Admins won't deal with it! You will get warned, but if you keep doing it, you will definality see a kick/ban coming your way! Also, do not abuse it by swearing. The people in the server and Admins do not take kindly to people swearing in it. Keep it to yourself and you will see no trouble. So, you want to talk to your friend on there but don't want other people too see what you want to tell your buddy? No problem! that's why we have the /pm there for you're use! With this option, you can talk to someone privately without having the whole server seeing it! An example of this is, "/pm [ID] Hey man, I just totally owned that n00b! Did you see that?!!?" Or, you can use the "/call" command that is available in the LVP Server. Also, there is ENGLISH ONLY in the main chat!
13) Trash Talking
At one point, you may die and you will be mad and you want to let your anger out. Well, we can't control your anger in Real Life. But, when you want to trash talk someone, please, don't do it in may chat!!! Use the "/pm" option to privately trash talk someone. No one wants to see people going at it on Main Chat.
14) Gangs
through out the server, you will notice some people have the same color names and such. That mostly means that they are in a gang. Gangs usually "roll" in packs and defend one another. Or, they might just see you running in the streets and start shooting you. there is no rules against random killing, It's GTA what do you expect? Gangs usually like to hang out at the Gang Base. The Gang Base is the Las Venturas Golf Area. There, many Gang Wars are held and some hardcore killing!
Wish to join a gang? Well, there are a couple ways to get into one. You can go to the Gang Sections of the LVP site and sign up for one. But, you're not just going to sign up and be in. Most gangs wish to know what they are working with and if you good enough to join there gang!
15) Drive-By's
Drive-By's are NOT ALLOWED! Face it, Drive-By's are just not fair. If you do a Drive-By on someone, you get on Official warning and the person you killed gets options to choose your fate! They can choose from making you explode, to jailing you! So, next time you think about doing a "gangsta" Drive-By, think twice!
16) Bug Abuse
Bug Abusing is not allowed at all! Bugs like the Sawn-Off shotgun bug is not allowed! If you don't know what I mean and don't know what a Sawn-Off shotgun glitch is, good! you don't need to know about. For thoes who like to though, DON'T! and don't teach it people who wish to learn and don't know how to!
17) The Cruise
Every now and then the LVP server likes to have fun with people who like to drive! If you do, then you will love the Official LVP Cruise! A cruise is usually help the the Las Venturas Airport an can have up to 15 people to 35! So, you see on the chat, "[i]Cruise at the LV Airport!" get a car/bike of your liking, tune it up, and get ready for the Cruise! But please, DO NOT try to ruin a cruise by Drive-By'ing people or popping there tires! This WILL NOT be tolerated and an Admin will choose what he will do to you for punishment.

Planes and YouThe planes are located at the LV Airport and other airports. The planes are there for you to have fun with. The only thing we ask is that YOU DON'T CRASH THE PLANE INTO THE LV SHIP (SafeZone). Crashing the Plane into the Ship will be worth a Kick or a Ban.
19) "n00b Fighting and YOU"
"n00b fighting what the hell is that?" you may be thinking. Well, noob fighting is pretty much just finding cheap ways to kill someone without a challenge. Here is a quick list of someone ways of knowing "n00b Fighting"

a) Chopping people up on the ground with a helicopter.
b) Getting in a car and running over someone and staying on top of there bodies until they die.
c) Drive-By'ing someone (listed above).
d) Running to get Health/Armor when you are almost about to die.
e) Running into a shop/ somewhere to eat, to get away from someone who is killing you.
