yeah, im pretty sure there is actual life out there, but 100%ly no intelligence like a human race our our animals. but maybe really really small micro life, yes.

Then, if and only if, the theory of evolution is correct, intelligent life could possibly form. But of course, that would take thousands of thousands of years.

Well according to your video, earth is but a spec compared to some of the biggest stars that we know of, and those are even smaller in comparison to the size of a galaxy, and those are even smaller in comparison to the entire universe.
As far as I'm concerned, the odds of there being intelligent life somewhere out there aren't that small.

True. Furthermore, if we begin to talk about intelligent life-forms, we would also discuss the possibilities of UFOs being real. And if they do exist, they must have found another method of traveling since traveling at the speed of light in the universe is time-consuming considering the size of our galaxy, not to mention the universe.

according to the theory of Albert Einstein a moving object with the speed of light wouldnt "lose" any time, and if the object moves faster then the light it would "travel" in the past.

You can only travel at the speed of light when you have no mass (Weight). Some may say this is impossible to do, but then again there may be life forms that are millions of years ahead of us in the evolution scale. Be it they may be very similar to us or they could be very different. That being said, they could be millions of years behind us. There's just absolutely no way of providing information on such a subject, becauce there is an infinite possibility of the things we could uncover in this universe.

You just reminded me of something my Physics teacher mentioned last year about Einstein's theory. And yes, that would be true.

That's why for the past week I've been truly fascinated about Astronomy. We may just know 0.1% there is to know about our universe.

What I always wonder is how scientists can decide if there's life possible on a planet or not.
I mean, there are some fish that lives thousands of meters below the sealevel, if a human'd go that deep he'd get crushed by the water and die, but those creatures can live there fine. So why could there not be life on Mars, or any other planet for that matter, because there's nothing _we_ need to stay alive? Maybe there is life on other planets even though we don't think it's possible, just because they adapted to their surroundings and can actually live without water or air.

Yeah i agree with Maddolis, i reckon there would be other intelligent life out there that would be years in advance with technology, i am a believer in UFO's and all of that stuff, everyone has opinions about it no actual facts that its real or not because they havn't actually seen crap unless its out of a microscope, just opinions i guess.
Also i think its absolutely stupid that scientists are looking for other planets to 'move' to if this one fails(which is looking like it will with this global warming crap.
Thats my opinion it could be valuable to some of you or mere crap, you decide.
