I had a few suggestion but lack of a functioning brain induced by insomnia has me remembering just one.

Only a small one too, I think there should be a command (maybe just for VIP's?) to see which VIP's are on. Maybe it's a useless thing but sometimes I'm like "Hmm I wonder which VIP's are on" then I go to check realizing there is infact no way to check unless you go to IRC. So yeah, that'd be something.

Just use the VIP-chat and see if someone reacts.
