Uhm...a good clan would? If a clan member needs help then the clan are meant to help. Bribing people into joining isn't the way to go though.

I think that's what Miguel meant to say. For the other part: a clan is there to help each other, so it's good if they share money.

Unless he's proven innocent or they scrap that life-time ban rule he won't be legally coming ingame.
