Mafo didnt you just complain about Cave posting something "that other people said already several times"? (which was exactly once, my post.)

That manually mod installing is better is known since the first mod for GTA came out. And is already said like 500 times here.

Use the method Cave and me posted, its manually and wont take more then 1-2 minutes.
