You know there's a quick way to do it manually.

Download Spark IMG and open gta3.img. Drag and drop the detailed radar files in to Spark. Save the file then open it with IMG tool. Command > Rebuild Archive.

Voila. Working map.

Get SPARK img editor, copy&paste all 144 files in it (it replaces them automatically, u just need to copy&paste),  then save, then open it again with normal IMG editor and press REBUILD ARCHIVE, wait a minute, and voila DONE and 100% working.

no need for noobish mod installers

We all now..
Check the topic before you post the same thing, as many others have done already several times..
FarePak, that link to the file you gave me, ain't working perfectly.
The SF map, is in LS, and the LS map is at SF.. So I guess there is missing some files in the link there too..
Anyways, it ain't working for me, so I guess I have to do it manually.

You think I don't realise that?

I didn't notice until after I had posted, and anyway, I was repeating the statement due to more users reporting bugs when installing it with SAMI - clearly they didn't notice Hitman's post.

Then why did you actually post?
And I've never heard of any bugs with SAMI.
And nobody is complaining about it eighter(or how it's writtn'.).

And, if people are installing the mod with IMG tool, and it's working perfectly, and others are installing it with SAMI and it ain't working perfectly, there is something wrong. (Bugs or somethin'.)

What?
There are obviously bugs with SAMI (installing the DRM with SAMI) as several people have reported messed up maps.

And yes, there is something wrong.

First time I hear that in this community ever, but I always new it needed to be something wrong with SAMI sense, everyone that installed it with IMG tool, worked perfect..
