The Code Of Conduct:
Strength In Numbers is maintained by the mutual respect for others. The traits that keep us together are: maturity, intelligence, and an open enjoyment for the game, keeping in mind that it is a game. The primary objective is to have fun with a community of online gamers of similar interest. We believe that the primary objective is achieved by intelligence, humor, and good sportsmanship. The focus for all members and visitors is respect for all, and a focus on team play and team spirit. This does not mean that individualism is given up of the sake of the game. Team play, team spirit, mutual respect for all visitors and members, and all that follows is the fundamental ideology of Strength In Numbers.
Attitude:
Your attitude needs to be constructed well, you need to have as best an attitude as possible to become a sincere member of this clan, we expect a sensible and respectable attitude we also expect that you tone your attitude down when you may be being provoked. You’re attitude towards other members of this clan is also expected to be respectable if you cant get on with your fellow members correctly then this probably isn’t the clan for you, we have certain rules in this clan and to stay here you must follow and abide by them, failure to do so will eventually lead to your removal from this clan. We hope that it will never lead to that but we will take the appropriate action when you break these rules. When fighting with other clan members try to be complimentary when they kill you and don’t make excuses for dying, good sportsman ship is sometimes hard to come by so lets make our clan stand out no matter who it is your fighting. If you start to get irritated with a member of another clan try and keep yourself back from making silly comments that could lead to serious flaming and drama which we just don’t want. Poor sportsmanship is not acceptable. There are several kinds of poor sportsmanship: Playing with a focus on individual skill and score rather than team success; Bitching, Complaining, Flaming when another player has defeated you, and general put downs to those whom you feel is less skilled. These are just a few examples among many. Generally, poor sportsmanship is that which promotes the individual’s enjoyment at the expense of everyone else's enjoyment, we will not condone it.
Cheating:
No cheating is allowed whatsoever. If a member feels the necessity to cheat, hack, or otherwise use an implement, program, or device that provides an unfair advantage, then that person should consider looking for another clan. The following is a list of actions that are all considered cheating. Any action that defies or overrides the game designers’ presumed intention for the game, Any action that takes advantage of any flaw in the game map that allows actions that defy or override the game designers’ presumed intention, Do not use any application that gives you an unfair advantage. If you are caught cheating you will be kicked from the clan and banned from the website and all servers. No if's, and's or but's. So don't cheat. If you need help, get one of the better players to practice with you, but do not under any circumstances think that it is ok to cheat.
Training/Matches:
Training sessions are held weekly in order to keep sure all members are at full skill at all times and matches are held whenever we can get a clan to face us. SiN has and will always be based on it’s thrive to be elite. Though when you join the clan you might not be the best player out there so that's why we train together to play off others skills and learn how to fight better together. We have put together a list of times when we expect you to show up to train with your other members. If you can’t make it to training then we would like you to let us know. When we train we need as many members to show up as possible, you need to be able to fight in groups as a team so it can be mimicked for use in matches against other clans, which are also a big part of the clan. During training and matches its best for you to keep clam and wait for instruction by either the person running the session or a team leader, things can get hectic at times when there are a lot of people. Its best for you to learn the modes we train on and how they work so that when training or matches are happening you know what you’re doing and what to expect. We will train on a few different modes which all cater to a specific fighting style or tactic. Most of the time we will group up on Xfire prior to the training where teams and team leaders will be assigned and any discussion needed prior to the training will happen there to ensure every member knows what's happening. It serves as an advantage in all cases to show up for all trainings, as it helps the clan decide whether or not you will participate in the next match.
Part-Timers:
We do NOT want part-time members, clan hoppers, inactive members, blablabla. People that join SiN then decide to leave a short time after to join another clan etc are a waste of time. We work hard to make sure our members reach their potential in-game and to leave and take the work we have done elsewhere can be considered an insult. We want members that are planning to stick around in the clan and be a dedicated and active member. You have to make a presence in-game to insure that others know we are there, and a force to be reckoned with. Activity doesn't stop in-game though. We expect you to be active here, on the forums and website as we use the them to post any important updates, training schedules, matches and things of that nature. We use other means of communication as well ie: Xfire, IRC, Ventrilo, and or Teamspeak. We have a few different IRC channels that can all be found on the GTA-Net network, #sin, #sintraining, #sin.echo and #sin.dmecho. All forums of communication listed here are equally important to the operation of this clan and it can only benefit you to be on them at all times.

What we look for in a member:
• Activeness – We are looking for members who are willing to participate in training and matches which are held weekly in most cases. You also have to be active on our forums and xfire since that is where the majority of planning and discussions are held.
• Respectful - Doesn’t go around abusing everyone or causing unnecessary flame. Respects admins
• Team players - Knows the meaning of teamwork and is willing to offer support to each member.
• Good on-foot fighter - You don’t need to be an expert but you need to be willing to be trained.
• Mature in game – Doesn’t lash out at other players or hackers in-game that may become an annoyance.
• Against hacking – Hacking spoils game play and makes things unfair for everyone else. If you have used hacks before don’t apply because most likely you would use them again. Hacking is for idiots, noobs, and immature kids.
