For reading out memory usage?
RivaTuner, although to make it viewable ingame u gotta edit some registry stuff of it just google for it there are lots of tutorials.
PS: This only works with Windows XP, Windows Vista has different Kernel and RivaTuner doesnt support that yet
I miss it, cuz while using windows XP it was possible with rivatuner to show in the upper left corner of your monitor the current FPS, the memory usage and the temperature of GPU core.
