#1:  Uninstall videocard driver
#2:  Reboot.
#3:  Run DriveCleaner to remove the rest of your videocard driver
#4:  Reboot.
#5:  Install latest video card driver
#6:  Reboot
#7:  Start sa-mp and see if it helps

I have had this problem before. I updated my video driver and it fixed the problem.

ye >.<  i meant IV of course, your bug obviously looks like either a driver problem or your videocard getting too hot to handle the game anymore

Well, the 512mb ram is really shit for playing IV.

I'm not completly sure if it's your GFX card, look into other options of some other people. But I could only think of drivers or shitty GFX card as your problem.
