You start by making a post in the gang section including some information about your gang. Then you can try to recruit new members, and maybe use a tag.

This is the wrong section though.

I created my gang now, how do I recruit members? If they ask me to join the gang that I do?

You should test if they are good enough, or ask them to join your gang/clan.
