New idea for the owner Badeend.

Make a payment system on samp.nl. People log in on their samp.nl account and can pay with paypal, phone, sms, iDeal, moneybookers or what else to buy "Samp Credits".

With the "Samp Credits" you can buy a VIP account, extra money on your bank or a own prop (maybe also spawn weapons/armor).

For example.
Call for just € 1,30 with you phone and get 100 "Samp Credits".
7 days VIP access costs 50/100 credits.

Think about it, a lot of players would buy these credits. When help is needed, I can help.

If you can find a SMS/phone provider with many international numbers, and now the impossible part, also a fair payout. (Which is not charging 1 euro, and giving us a top of 40 cents)

The best option is http://www.pay.nl/. Asking 1 euro per iDeal transaction. Make a checkout with 10 and 20 euro and you only pay 5-10% costs..
