btw why should i care, in samp doesnt exist a thing like "better than .." anymore. Its all about hitboxes and lag, for some reason i can hit people very easy that are for others almost unhittable and ofcoursw the other way round too .

Yes, players with a constant ping would have the advantage over people who's ping jumps (although there are people who give themselves internet + computer lag and practice with it to beat others), until you have a constant ping then you should only compare yourself to others when your ping is stable at 70.
