Hello.You probably think i will complain about him something , well its true , WHY THE MOTHER OF GOD HE GOT DEMOTED TO "MOD". Its like OMG. Hes one of the good admins. Allways straight and stuff. Guy spends ower 2300 hours at LVP. Some Ryder get promoted , TEF got demoted 
. I know he can be a pain in the ass , but come on , even some management sayd hes one of the best LVP admins ever had..My suggestion Promote him to the management
