I do have SLI, just don't have a second SAME GFX card, I can easily put my old ATI card if it actually works..
As I got a bargain on my PC and it was custom built for me mine was only £1050 (ish), if I would have spent £1200 then I would have got 12GB ram and the i7 930 :x

Huh? I wasn't talking to you, I just said that if I paid £1200 instead of £1050 I could have got alot more better shit for my PC, but I don't think it's needed. Can you max out IV an Crysis Sadik?

i7 930=920 (just a bit higher clocked).
Yea SLI only works with nvidia cards so two 460's can up your performance over a single 480.

As well Nvidia allows you to use the 2nd gpu as a "physx" card for stuff like this
FULL - GPU PhysX in Batman Arkham Asylum
Although for physx you don't need two of the exact same GPU's almost any set up (nothing lower then an nvidia 8000 series card) can work.
