[C,S] VIP Vehicles

The VIP vehicles (eg the RC plane) have autoaim in the same way that drivebying does, so I suggest either the vehicles get removed, or after killing with one of the vehicles the player gets accredited with a 'lame kill' (in the same way as they would with a driveby or heli-kill).

The RC Plane had its health halfed a few versions ago.

It still has autoaim and is harder to hit than a car- on top of that, it does more damage (M4 vs MP5, Uzi or Tec9).
Does anyone agree with me that it should be classified as a "lame kill?"

I agree, the RC planes are lame, and myself i often want to (but dont) 2shot them, becayse its hard to damage them even with their health havled.

The only thing with making them "lame kills" will be that some player pride themselves on their lame kill count.

Which is why drve-bying is still popular.

lame kills isnt the best option, the best one is to permanently remove the guns on that plane. im a vip and i know how much vips want to use it, but it pisses off dmers and people still use the plane. so yeah, @admins: either give dmers a minigun to take down the planes or remove them permanently.

I'm a VIP myself, but don't often use the RC place to kill people. I'll only use it to fly around and have fun. Anyway... I agree with you about it being a lame kill, but I have another suggestion which will be far more effective.

If you're killed by a drive-by you're presented with a punishment menu, so why not include the RC Plane as a drive-by? Best way to reduce the lame kills, in my opinion..

And indeed, it isn't an option, they can't be scripted out.

As for lame kills, don't think that'd work.

Maybe something like them being able to enter them twice per visit if possible, like the chainsaw.

I'm sure there's hundreds of other "extra" things the donators/VIPs can get, it doesn't have to be something that annoys the heck out of most dm'ers.
Perhaps it should be open for discussion, so that we can get a range of ideas on how to deal with the situation (or substitute another "extra" with the RC vehicles).

Remove rc baron (or wtever the name of the plane is) and add the rc goblin (the little helicopter)

+'s:
change a flying vehicle to a flying vehicle (no loss)
both are about the same speed
goblins only thing that can kill is its propeler (which i think you'll all agree you'd have to be a complete rtrd to die from)

Now watch all the rc users whine for their precious baron. gg
