Bad Admininstrating On Tef.. so many complaints not a thing done

I never had a problem with a mod EVER, been playing on this server for yrs never been banned muted disconnected...until today

ive read the rules on the server and this is what it states

Dont cheat ever
speak english
bug abusing is not aloud
no spamming and etc--

now this is what he claims he muted me for-

me and matt was having an intellectual conversation about the windows 7 which is also the new xp, so he buts into the conversation which is not a problem and say something about he knows what he is talking about but seein that i am a computer software nerd i think i would know what im talking about as well, and he claims where fighting but that isnt that case, neither one of us is swearing calling out names its just talk, so he gives an announcement about a bunch of stuff he think is going on but in reality its a mimic of his imagination-
and gave me a warning if i say something he is going to ban me, for having conversations in the chat which everyone does.

its more too it then that, but he says he has the logg, and for me to dont lie so he can show the proof seein all i have is my word-

the abuse-
and i have read a mod/admin say that he does abuses his power with the kick/ban
kicked me 4 times all for no reason at all cause he think i was fighting in chat which i dont do being im 22 yrs old and have alot of common sense and been playing gta since he was stuck on n64 diddykongs racing,
muted me for asking a question-
and he answer was thats final, i understand your a mod or admin and you have a job to due but dont take it out on the people who respects what you have to do which is make the game fair-

but when you come at a respectable player who have fun quote " with the people he's been playing with" it gives you no right to disturb a players game who is playing by the rules and respecting other players-

And his respond when i said im a file a complaint was "Good Luck, they file complaints all the time and its usually on an admin"

Is it actual facts true, or maybe its more to it then he is letting on-

I say to you Tef stop abusing your powers towards innocent players and do your job, so the real gta gamers  can enjoy the server which i love the most thank you-

Seeing I don't have that much time, I'd like to see another management check this out.
