Is this a deathmatch server?.
If your not fast enough to kill them then tough shit, its your loss and there gain.

Although LVP may be full of arrogant and/or annoying little pricks, they're not a bunch of pussies like LWs.

That being said the rules (from when I last checked... a while ago) are fine as they are.

Here is my 1st Statement:

I'm walking around LVP and I see an innocent person walking around by himself. I shoot him and he runs away. I do not respond with negative comments presuming that the player has ran because he is scared. I think of other possibilities; the possibilities being: They had no weapons or didn't feel like fighting. I cannot blame a person for that.

Here is my 2nd Statement:

I'm walking around LVP and a player shoots me first. I fight back; we fight until the other player's health is at 20 and mines is still at 80. The player notices this and decides to flee from the fight. Either by entering an interior or getting away with a car.

So my question would be: Can the server detect true runners? If it cannot, then it would not be fair to implement a system that can stop "runners" that are only fleeing because they do not want to fight or have no weapons.

I will add a third scenario to that:

A person engages in what they think is a 1 vs 1 battle and then a few friends of one of them turn up... The battle is now 3 or 4 vs 1. The one decides to run to the nearest car / interior. I cannot blame someone for doing that, although I commend them if they decide to stay and fight anyway.

You would only be disallowed to go in the ship or in a shop if you had shot any shots.

my opinion....

Running away = legit

using commands to escape = not legit.

leave it alone.

I totally agree
-1 to the idea, "If it cannot, then it would not be fair to implement a system that can stop "runners" that are only fleeing because they do not want to fight or have no weapons."

Ye, have to agree. If you escape successfully from someone that is shooting you, congratz.
I know it is annoying as hell when they do run but you have to kill them before they get away, simple.

Although, I wouldn't mind a function that prevents refillers. :Y

Great idea Shark 8), this will decrease the number of noobs. As " taxi stuff "  , but suppose you owned one in a fight and you have very low health , you cant go interior of Hotel or ammu ! so how to refill health , !! and may be the one who owned by you, will tp u !! then he can kill you easily !! thats suxx .!!! . So should decrease the length of 'Interior Disabling' after the fight!!  , it will be fine then :)
