5 Dollars is not enough for a donation, in US Dollars you would need around 8-9 Dollars to get VIP, you don't get much as a VIP.

Theres a detailed description on the sa-mp.nl website but right now only usable features are
. VIP Room /w weapons, armour and health ( Ammo with the guns are pretty much useless you get like 10 bullets )
. RC Vehicles ( RC baron, RC tank and RC car but you can't use the RC tanks gun thing )
. VIP Chat ( Useless, no one ever uses it )

Theres probably some more but probably useless.

I prefer to buy a laptop. You can take it everywhere you like and in these days they're quite fast actually. Mine has 4gb working space and 256mb video card. Don't know much about pc's but I know it's quite fast

lol, 256mb video card says a lot....not Im pretty sure its a crappy video card, almost every laptop's video card does not even get close to the performance of today's desktop cards.

If you really care that much about portability, then get a netbook. I really dont see why anyone would need more than a netbook since who would need the portability for gaming.

Well there is a laptop called Asus W90 with HD 4870x2 but its quite expensive and quite big, the laptop had 19550 points in 3DMark05 and 14120 points in 3DMark06 according to this source.

People who purchased this said that its not good if your thinking of travelling with it as its quite big and heavy, so a desktop would be much better than high-end laptops since its much cheaper, and the portability of them isnt so great.

euhm anything less than 4 gig ram is crap  okay 2 will do for samp

euhm video card at least -- 768 megs 

get a custom built easily for 500-600 dollars

enjoy playing crysis (old game now  ) on high

well at least nvidia GTX 260 will make u hard

1. The video memory really does not mean much when choosing a video card.
2. You are not gonna be able to afford a GTX 260 with a $600 budget
3. Crysis is still setting the bar for PC graphics
