Sheesh. They could have at least arrested and removed him from the event immediatly instead of trying to be nice and put his clothes on for him.

I think it was identified the guy was high off something. The cops aren't the guy's mother. If he wasn't going to put his clothes on after they asked him to, they should have removed him.
