Whether he speedhacked or not, he hasn't been caught doing it in LVP so I don't see a real problem.

I just properly watched the video, and I don't see where he speedhacks. The part where he runs in the same place, can't be speed hacking as he'd be in another place fast. Also notice how he died so fast by that driveby? If he was speedhacking I don't think that would of got him.
