At the end there will be 3 people left so what do you guys think about this?

In your table, it's not fair cus Nr2 and Nr3 dont get to fight for the 1st place. Let's say that Nr1 wins against Nr2, but loses against Nr3. Then what?

I was thinking about this:
Nr1 - Nr2
Nr3 - Nr1
Nr2 - Nr3

Whoever wins 2 of 3 fights, is 1st and the other 2 play for 2nd and 3rd place.
Let's say the final 3 are Thug, Violax and Santino, so:
Thug - Violax
Santino - Thug
Violax - Santino

Let's say that Violax wins his 2 fights, so he's 1st. Then Santino and Thug play for 2nd and 3rd place.
