I'm sure they, or at least many, didn't auto aim.
I didn't shoot them all, only a few, and auto-aim doesn't look like this.
Maybe they use joy pads, so it has a form of autoaim, so what? It's much harder with a joy pad. And, its a default GTA SA feature.

I play with [NB] alot in gang servers, they should be playing in LVP more often as the 2-shot is allowed. Im afraid to say when they get more members in the server your going to struggle. I just need to decide who im going to be fighting for
