I agree. It's people's attitudes towards newbies and new clans that kill them. New kids for some reason are easily pushed over the edge because they don't know what a great clan is and what it takes, and getting older members telling them they're gonna fail isn't a good boost.

I see this clan lasting a while, 1 month at least.

Fist, make some clan rules if you want this clan to actually last, and take a look at other clan rules if it helps (the clans that aren't dead of course).

I was thinking the same thing myself. There isn't many people who think they good enough for a clan and all the rest are prob discouraged by all the negative remarks.

Its like no1 thinks any new clan will last unless its started by some Vet or another very popular person.
