Right so I made two jokes about moderator Joe_Rock on irc, and he bans me ingame. Now I find this unreasonable, without a doubt. This is a guy who calls people twats in his kick messages. Not to mention, I wasn't ingame when I made fun of Joe. I'd like an admin other than a very upset Joe_Rock to respond to this, as it's obvious how this should be handled.

Seeing as admins have more pull over you, i'd like them to reply. you only kicked me after i flamed you, then i came back in a jokingly matter and said "LOL joe is tough, he just kicked me " then you kicked again, and i came back and then you kicked again after i said "he did it again!". Then banned me when i came back after like 3 retarded kicks.

Also this was most likely provoked after I banned him from the #warriors channel.

the only reason i carried on is because of the unnecessary amount of kicks. also i didn't ban evade, i just used the java on the lvp site, it allowed me to reconnect to the channel. i'd understand if this was a 3 day irc ban but banning me ingame for this is not the right way to handle it (in my honest unbiased opinion)

I just wanted to comment on the IRC kick reasons, the IRC client I'm using does that automatically when I kick. I feel it could be inappropriate, so I have disabled it.

He didn't ban me for those comments though, he banned me for coming back and saying LOL joe kicked me.

and i didn't ban evade on the echo like i said, the java allowed me to keep going back in. and like I said, teasing a moderator on irc earns me a 3 day ban ingame? I'm getting banned ingame, for an offense i didnt do ingame? makes no sense at all.

Evading is when you know you got banned on .echo, and then keep trying to go on (Joe kept kicking the nicks you where joining as)

You should of just left it since you knew you got banned already, and just letting it reconnect you is evading anyway. But as the ban reason Joe said it was cause of the insults you said towards him.
