Just a quick question, did they put a frame rate cap like they did for GTA SA? If so, what is it?

GTA IV should be played on PS3 not PC its a fail on PC not the same feeling of GTA at all, try Farcry 3 ; )

I don't like spending like 400-600 euro's on a stupid thing which replaces itself with a new version in some years!

But PC is better, you can mod stuff there. For example, I can make a texture 'CASH FREAKS' on a building.
