Error, lost everything

Yesterday (24-12-200 I played normaly at the server. But today (25-12-200 I lost my hours played (I think about 160 hours) and even my pluspoints. I had 320 (my max) on my bank and also lost every cent. Please help me.

You can ask Vpower (my bro), DOS, Creature, Hagenees and maybe Badeend.. They all know I had a lot of money.
