Game crashes when i buy properties

Whats going on? i bought 4 properties for about 5 mil na the game sadenly crashed i trying to relogin but every time the game was crashed!! Then i changed ip and reloged in... my properties were lost and then i i bought one more for 650K and tyhe game crashed again! Whats going on and whos gona pay me the money that i lost?
