Chances are that you badly installed the driver.
If you get a cd with the drivers on that, install them and then get the newest updates from the nVIDIA website.

You may have to do it again until you get windows booted using the most plain generic drivers from windows.
Then install the new drivers.
(got this from another website, dunno if it'll work, but it sounds promising. The guy who posted it was replying to someone who said that their computer freezes at start up and crashes with the same Gcard as you.
