Sound not working?

I just got a newer computer and installed gta san andreas-samp.When i went in-game my sound was glitching,I can hear sound when i walk and drive a car but it fades to.When i fire a gun i cant barely hear it or it's really glitchy.Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Haha my volume is up with bass::I just reinstalled it again and still has the glitchy sound when I'm shooting a weapon then it goes to no sound at all.

Is it when it's raining and there's a storm or when it's normal weather?

Well the topic that Jay had put on here worked great!Thanks for the help everyone,The only thing i still got is lag when dueling people.Perhaps i need a better video card?

i have this problem alot, after a while my sound goes but i can still hear the music, sometimes wen i run it sounds like baby noises lmao their quite funny xD. is it a samp bug?
