Hmpf, that sound is not a san andreas bug lol. It has someting to do with shift, if you press it 5 times real quick, you turn something on in dutch it's 'plaktoetsen' don't know what it is in English.

I heared you can turn that off somehwere on your desktop, altough I don't know where.

It is a bug with SA-MP, nothing to do with pressing shift.

I had the same bug earlier and I tried all kinds of patches, settings and reinstalled the whole game like 5 times
but then...
I simply changed my sound settings to 2/2.1 from Creative Volume Control and then I was able to hear all sounds LOL.

i have some sort of same problem

After playing a while sometimes the volume gets low and weird.
