You know on fraps, When you lower the fps to 15, does it lower The the video quality?

Well I would like to make a GTA Movie about a SAW-Like story but that is just not possible with samp 0.1b yet, maybe with 0.2 :)

Taking Clown skin who is looking at least a bit similiar to the Saw doll with bike and then loughing and beeing a PsychoKiller.
After that a few scenes like with Chainsaw killing one in the toilet and then setting someone on the street near water on fire and let him run through a couple of ppl standing and shoting at him, and if he reaches the water he won the "saw-test" and can  run away :P.
I hope samp0.2 comes out quickly so I can make this Idea real :P

Music : charlie clouser - shithole

Edit : @ Grove 15 fps are really horrible!!!! The eye can maximum see 24-25fps and with 15 your eyes would get like crazy..I personally can't even play a game if I don't have about 60 fps :P
And about the Quality , no it would be the same as with 40-4504504546540987105497070 fps :) or am I wrong which I doubt :p?

If you want some speed rush kinda like music try songs of The Prodigy.

Thats a really good idea, to do Beverly Hills Cop. :) Also Lethal Weapon could be done its kinda in the same league.

For tips, i would say it depends what your movie is about, if you are recreating a moviescene like a chase (for example Ronald_McDonalds Terminator 2) it doesn't really need a storyline just some explaining before it. If you're going to do something on your own i would definetly suggest to have a storyline so it keeps people interested. But i think the really most important thing is the actors it's sometimes hard to get the job done. :P
