I just register in LVP and i get banned why?i never played

Date of ban:10 mins ago
Reason:ban evadding(code 2)
Ip:89.123.22.7

this is a friend register he is new in samp and he dont know how to use the forums

Are you sure that is your ingame name? We can't find any records that the name, BlastBoy, is banned.

he tell me it was banned
first register was with Ohe21 and it says was banned i was createing a nother name but is says server closed the conection 
( i was at his house)
