Yes, but you shouldn't be telling anyone about grammer. If he's your brother, tell him in person, don't advertise his not-so-perfect grammer on the internet. Grammer isn't a need for a clan manager, but nice grammer could help. But it's loyalty that a clan manager requires.

Yeah, Clan Mananger For [CF] is a good Idear  but,
Grammer Helps with a Clan Manager, Usually Make's it Look Better and Make'a Clan Look Respectable
In the Loyalty Case. Gut_Buster Is Trial so he's Out Of Picture, Last Race isn't active enough On Forums, Also Same As Jerome. I would say Lithrim, Is Most active On forums, But he is higher ranks than A Clan Manager would. If Lith would step Down to [CF] Clan Manager, He Would Be active on forums, And still Be second On The rank List, It's a sacrifise For him, But Overall Better For Clan.
Another Co-Leader Wouldn't be needed yet , They need somone to sort Out Noobs In clan
