So  i was into my page its like (myspace) and suddenly this shit poped WTF ? How do i delet it ? I cant push delet ? HELP please

Btw , theres a directory shown where the file is. Find the file and delete it yourself.

I looked closer and it said as far as i can read that it is moved to quarantine (i hope you are familiar with that word)
I also have Nod32 and it can't harm when it is in quarantine,
It is still on your computer but it you can't reach it so it should (emphasis on 'should') be safe.

(let NOD do a scan too, it might delete it then.(or find even more trojans D: )

if you open NOD32, I'm sure there's an option to scan your full system somewhere.

and if you locate that temporary internet files folder, can't you just manually remove 9683[1].swf?
