No, just the new recruits, once we have trained the recruit for a certian ammount of time, we will then give a recruitment test, and will then see if he/she is ready and capable of being a fulltime HSM member and has what it takes.

But then you lose one free name change, to add [HSMr], then another when/if you get to take the little r out. Unless you donate, that's 2 of 5 free namechanges gone (plus any other free name changes you've used up).
