Ive tried with both, it still happens.
I updated to -u1 because I generally thought it was just another update, I didn't realise it was just for vista user's until I read about it on the official SA-MP forums.
By the way, I posted this here because its LVP specific, it doesn't happen on any other server, and it got ever more frequent when 2.9.* was put in place in the server.
