now thats the problem: (the idiot) estroe says that i flied, and only he saw me and he have no logs??? he is a god damned liar i never seen such a fuckass, i thought only something with the server is wrong, so that there it says that i cheated, but now?? the idiot says he saw me while im flying.

Simply read your older appeals, they were all denied for the same reason. I saw what I saw, and so did someone else which we very much trust(if needed, the crew can ask me who that is). I am not telling you who that is, and I have my reasons for that.
