help trojan

Ok so today i scanned my pc 2nd time and 2nd time found this same trojan...





first time i scanned today my pc it found same trojan but only in counter strke cheats...So i deleted it and trojan i think was deleted to...But now wtf ? Second time i scann and same virus but in other place ?

I woud push delet but its "system volume" and im afraid if i delet some exe. my sound woud by gone of pc ? So please enyone help me what i push DELET or leave it ?

If i push delet will by sound by gone ?

Please help me i post it becouse i know here is alot of programmers and they know things like this

k but what u can do is open up the start menu then do Accessories System Tools System restore, and choose a date before you got the virus. Once that's done you can boot up your pc and the virus should be gone (if u chose a date before the virus)

To make sure, I'd suggest doing a date a week before you noticed it Boot up your pc means just start your pc again, then it will be back at the date you chose.

It will restore all data from the date chosen.
