The Kangal

I thought id make this topic to share this with you.
Theres these dog breeds i really like, their called kangal, their turkish livestock guardians, they protect the owners herd of sheep from wolf and bear attacks, the wolfs out in turkey are pretty huge too, so obviously these dogs need to be big and strong.

I don't own one, but i do have a half breed of a german shepherd and a kangal, alot smaller, at about 50-55cm in height, but its only 11 months old (it doesn't look alot like a kangal because its father was a german shepherd)

Something i also noticed is sights like wikipedia and almost any english / american site about these dogs talk utter ballshit, they say the max heigh of these dogs is 90cm, and the max weight is 64kg
A load of crap, the ones ive seen are atleast 90cm, and 95 kg
If you do happen to own one of these, please and i mean please do not put them in dog fights, ive seen countless pictures of them fighting other breeds, game pitbulls, pitbull terriers, ovcharkas, great danes, rotweillers
The other breed will simply either be too injured to walk, or end up dead, these dogs are instinct killers, they have been dubbed wolf killer, which includes the large russian wolfs which are at 40 inches atleast, so putting them in  a fight would be horrible to say the least.
